Alexandra Maria Lara, a Romanian and German actress working on TV and in films is well known for movies such as Rush and Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. As the sole child of Romanian actress Valentin Platareanu, Alexandra began her showbiz career as a child. She was a lead actress in television dramas as early at the age of 16.
